This worked fine as a place to stay around Oxford and Woodstock. The accommodation is modern, the beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms have good walk-in showers. The TV runs through a Fire Stick, so there are no live programmes like the news. Breakfast was disappointing: the first morning it was stale brioche or stale cornflakes, and on the second morning there was nothing. They did provide tea, coffee, and milk, but I’d bring my own breakfast.

The bed was very comfortable, but there were a few hassles on arrival. I hadn't been sent the access code, so it took 15 minutes to get in. The place needed a clean, and there was no toilet roll. The cutlery and crockery were oddly sparse too: three plates, two knives and forks, one drinking glass, and no wine glasses.

The bathroom was modern and great, though its ventilation didn't work. The tables and chairs also had a layer of dust. Breakfast was included and decent, with two kinds of cornflakes, milk, tea, coffee, yoghurt, and a few cartons of orange and apple juice. It’s fine for a couple, maybe with a young child, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a teenager or anyone older.

The unit itself was lovely, modern, homely, and very clean, and check-in was easy with the emailed door code. The location and parking were the letdown. It's on a housing estate, and the drive is really too small for four cars. Another guest blocked me in, and with my sports car I didn't feel great leaving it there overnight. Some local residents also complained about its noise.
