The owner was so personable. On our last morning, we waited in the lounge with other hikers for a lift to the trailhead, and she came out to tell stories that had us in stitches. She also checked the town laundromat's hours before we arrived, so we knew we could wash clothes before carrying on with our trip, and she was happy to suggest places to eat. Breakfast in the formal dining room was delicious, especially the best porridge we had on our trip. We were glad we stayed two nights and got to have it twice. The owner greeted us warmly and didn't mind our wet, muddy hiking gear. Our room was the smallest of the trip, but still spacious and very nice. It had been made a bit smaller to add an ensuite, which was well worth it. The bed was comfortable and roomy, with plenty of space for our suitcases and gear. Great location, and a wonderful place to stay.

The service was especially friendly and went beyond what we'd expected. Our room was very comfortable, and breakfast was good. We'd been happy with the B&Bs on our hiking holiday so far, but this was our best stay yet. We were lucky to find it and would absolutely recommend it.

The host was very kind and helpful, and each morning she made us breakfast to order with tea and coffee. She also showed us old photos of the house and told us about its history as a bank. Our room was spacious and clean, with very comfortable beds. We loved the house, and wouldn't come back to Killin without staying here.

The landlady was absolutely lovely, and the rooms were sparkling clean with comfortable beds. The place has been refurbished to a high standard. Breakfast was excellent and so plentiful that we needed no lunch that day, even after a 25-minute cycle and several hikes.

The owner was friendly, nice and helpful. The place was easy to find and had parking. Our room was warm, nicely decorated and very clean, with a really comfortable bed and plenty of duvet. Breakfast was great, and we had a lovely stay.
