The bed was super comfortable, and the clean, quiet room made it easy to get a good night's sleep. We found the location handy for Warner Bros. Studio Tour and seeing more of Hertfordshire. Staff were helpful and welcoming, breakfast had plenty of tasty choices for vegetarians and vegans too, and the free parking and Wi-Fi were a real help. Great value, and I'd happily come back.

The quiet setting among the shrubs made it feel removed from the busy area, and shops, pubs and restaurants are close by. Parking was the main hassle: we got back at 8:30 for the night and could barely find a space. Our family room felt worn, with peeling carpet by the bathroom and marks on the walls. The spring-loaded net rail fell onto our little one's head when they looked out the window. The beds and amenities were as expected at a Premier Inn, and it was peaceful. Breakfast was much like at other Premier Inns. We only saw staff at check-in and in the breakfast room, and left our keys in a box when we checked out.

The room was fresh and clean, and the hot breakfast was a nice extra. On my first visit, I was impressed from the moment I arrived. The receptionist was welcoming and very helpful, which made the stay more comfortable. Premier Inn Kings Langley will be my regular choice from now on. Thanks again! 🫡

Breakfast was better than average, and the receptionist was helpful when the key card machine failed and he had to let us into the room himself. But the night was a poor one: the bed was uncomfortable and creaked whenever we moved, the radiator kept clicking, and noise from other guests carried clearly. The stay has put me off Premier Inn in future.

Marc at reception deserves a huge thank you. He was lovely, incredibly helpful, and especially professional while working on NYE. The breakfast staff were friendly as well. Our room was clean and comfortable, and parking was great. Everyone helped make the stay lovely, and we'll definitely use this hotel again.
