Seahorses

I’ve just had my second holiday here and would happily recommend it. The bungalow feels like a home, thanks to the personal touches, and it’s clean, well equipped, with far more provided than we needed. The sea and coastal walks are only a short stroll away; food shopping is a few minutes on foot, and buses go the other way, including to Rhyl station for travelling further afield.

A cosy, dog-friendly cottage and a lovely safe place to unwind. It’s well looked after and very clean, with thoughtful finishing touches that made our stay memorable. From here you can head to nearby seaside towns or explore the countryside and mountains.

We had a very enjoyable stay with our two housecats. Food bowls were provided, though you’ll need to bring a litter tray and litter. There’s private parking for one car on the drive, and it’s a quiet spot near the beach, with a corner shop just a few yards away. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there’s a TV, DVD player and free WiFi. The home is well maintained and welcoming to families, solo travellers and pets. It has grab rails, including by the steps and in the bedroom, and a walk-in shower, which help with mobility. It isn’t suitable for someone who strictly needs wheelchair access, as there’s a step at the entrance and another between the kitchen and hallway.

We spent a lovely long weekend in this cosy bungalow. It was very clean on arrival and had all the mod cons, plus a lovely welcome pack and Easter chocolate for us and our two Labradors. Trish has thought of so many extras to make the place comfortable, and she replied quickly whenever we got in touch. Nothing was a problem. The beach is a five-minute walk away, and shops, a chippy and pubs are a five-minute drive. 5 Woodside Avenue is a lovely dog-friendly place, and I’d highly recommend it. Thanks, Trish!
