Coming back each evening to Swafield Hall felt like returning to a peaceful home base, and it was a great spot for exploring Norfolk. The historic property has been restored beautifully, with comfort and elegance alongside the quiet countryside setting. Our self-catering accommodation was spotless, thoughtfully furnished and had everything we needed. We’d happily recommend Swafield Hall for a quiet break, a romantic weekend or as a distinctive place to stay while exploring the area.

Boris and Tim made us feel welcome during our lovely four-day stay. We were able to enjoy the gardens, tennis court and croquet lawn, and our second-floor apartment in the well-restored Hall was beautiful.

Tim & Boris were perfect hosts and made us feel extremely welcome. The house is grand and full of history, restored to a really high standard. We had plenty of room, a spacious bathroom finished to a high spec, and a kitchen with everything we needed. The gardens are stunning, and the tennis courts were a lovely surprise. The location worked well too, just a 10-minute drive to Mundesley beach, with plenty of parking and superfast wifi. Everything felt well considered for our stay. Highly recommend, thank you!

The hosts were so welcoming, and we had a truly wonderful week here with our little dog. The house and grounds are stunning, with plenty to do and explore in the area.

The layout worked especially well for us: the top floor is split into two apartments, so two or more families can have privacy when they want it and still share space for entertaining and getting together. We also loved the tennis court, and the grounds are vast. The grand house has been stylishly renovated while showing off its impressive features. Tim and Boris were welcoming hosts and great communicators. Thank you, Tim and Boris, we had an amazing stay at Tim&Boris's place.
