The spa massage was fantastic, and the staff and setting were just what I wanted. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. My evening meal was just as good, with beautiful food and excellent service. I’d booked for 7:30pm but arrived earlier and asked if I could be seated sooner. The team were attentive, communicative, and very accommodating. I didn’t catch the restaurant staff’s names, but they were all great. Breakfast the next morning was top quality, with plenty of choice and excellent food. Everyone I met was friendly and attentive. The hotel, restaurant, and spa were immaculate. My partner treated me to a solo stay with the Relax & Dine package, and it was exceptional value for the price. Paul on reception checked me in and made me feel at ease and welcome straight away. His warmth and professionalism, along with the staff’s kindness, made it feel extra special. I wouldn’t change a thing. I’d happily return to Cottons Hotel & Spa and highly recommend it.

The spa got a bit too busy at the weekend, which was my only small quibble. I imagine a weekday visit would be different. My partner had a great birthday gift, though: I booked us a spa package with an overnight stay, dinner, and breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable, with fun coffee mugs. Cameron in the restaurant was lovely, and Rebecca (agency) gave a great massage. I came away feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The food was excellent, and the staff were first class for friendliness and attention. I’d highly recommend a spa stay here.

The pool was great, with a steam room and sauna, and there was a nice outdoor hot tub too. Seating and beds around the pool were limited. Our room was comfortable, though at night we could hear some machinery. We were on the top floor, so I suspect it was air handling or something similar. The food and drinks were great, and the staff were really helpful and friendly. They offered help without waiting for us to ask. Lovely hotel.

We had a lovely time at Cottons for a friend’s birthday in Knutsford. Paul, Peter, and Mo on reception went above and beyond to make it special, and all the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The suites were lovely, and breakfast was fab. We also had a great couple of hours in the spa before heading off. We’ll definitely be back.

Amanda made my spa day. She was friendly and professional, put me completely at ease, explained the treatment beforehand, and talked me through what she’d done to suit my skin afterward. I felt like I was the only person who mattered. The staff and facilities were wonderful, and I’d happily pass on the recommendation that brought me to Cottons spa. I had a wonderful day and will book again with my husband.
