Breakfast was fabulous. I had the homemade vegetarian sausage and it was absolutely lovely. We stayed overnight on the 29/12/25 because we were going to the races. The owner gave us a warm welcome, along with her beautiful dog Charlie. Our room was clean and comfortable, the bed was lovely and we slept really well. The Georgian house is beautiful. Thank you to the owners for such a welcoming stay, I’d highly recommend it.

Everything was just right and we had a great stay. The host has laid the place out and presented it extremely well, a real credit to them. There’s a great pub nearby for good food and a glass of wine. Well done, and see you again soon.

Breakfast was made fresh when we ordered it, and the people running the Pickmere Country House were so lovely. We had a really nice stay. The room was clean and pleasant, and the service was amazing.

We only stayed one night, with single occupancy, but it was very comfortable. The area was quiet and we had a lovely view from the window. Felicia and Tony were great hosts. Breakfast was hearty, and the homemade vegetarian sausages were delicious. I’d recommend staying here.

Booking was easy and the confirmation came quickly. The rooms are spacious, the bed very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. It felt like a lovely, homely stay, with friendly, welcoming people. It’s close to Manchester Airport and the M6, and I’d highly recommend it.
