The host is lovely, welcoming and friendly, and can cater for food allergies. The family room had two beds but only two chairs. It’s in a traditional large property, with guest rooms upstairs and a large shared bathroom on the landing. There were no curtains, just drapes, so they didn't block the light. Being right on the main road made it very noisy. Parking is down the road, but there's no pavement leading back to the property, and the front steps are steep, so it wouldn't suit young children.

We're only one night into a two night stay, but the people have been lovely and the room is very clean and comfortable. I slept better than I have in ages. It's a great spot for a relaxing visit, and handy for seeing my grandparents, who live nearby.

A lovely, small B&B on the university campus in a perfect Welsh town. It's warm, clean, modern and really quiet. The two owners are about as friendly and hospitable as you could hope for. Thanks again, we'll certainly return.

If you're coming to Lampeter, this is the place to stay. It's a beautiful B&B in town, close to all the shops, and the hosts are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are warm and comfortable.
