I spent my last year at uni here, and the property was decent. No mould, damp, or major problems, and the staff were lovely. Reception was really helpful, with free fruit, eggs, sweets, and other little things available from time to time. The flats are right by the bus station, so getting to and from uni is quick, and Sainsbury’s is next door. Good location, decent properties, fantastic staff. I’d recommend giving them a go. The one daily hassle was the stairs up to the top floor, which got tiring when I had to go up and down several times. Delivery drivers never found my flat either. I spent the whole year chasing them around the building, not once did they manage to find it. And there were fire drills at midnight, but that’s uni life, aha.

Staying here is extremely convenient, and maintenance gets back to you quickly. The reception office sometimes has gifts too. Jodie (red haired lady) has been a huge help over the past two years, and so has lenka.

I’ve had a great time at Yugo over nearly a year, with no issues. The facilities are excellent, couriers are reliable, and the communal activities are fun. I’ve enjoyed meeting people here, and the staff are friendly. It’s handy for the bus station and city centre, and today’s “Sip and Paint” event was really relaxing. I’ve made lovely memories and only wish I could stay longer!

I’m still living here, nearly five months in. Management has been great, maintenance and checks happen on time, and the payment schedule can be tailored to your needs. It’s definitely one of the most cost-friendly options in lancaster.
