This is just how a village pub should be. The locals gave us a warm welcome, the atmosphere was great, and the host was brilliant. The staff were so friendly, the food was good, and breakfast was great too. We stayed two nights while Christmas shopping in Street, and we'll make it an annual event. Great value for money. See you next year.

The board games were a lovely touch, and we liked the relaxed atmosphere. We were a fairly large family group, and the pub worked well for everyone's individual needs. We felt very welcome during our three-night stay. Would love to come back.

The Christmas lunch was beautiful, and the staff were wonderfully attentive. Even the local farmers and their banter made me laugh. What a lovely place with equally lovely people. Lea, you're a star and a treasure. Thank you so much for a lovely day. I can't comment on the rooms as I didn't stay overnight.

We didn't use the rooms, but had Sunday lunch: roast beef, Yorkshire pudding, six kinds of fresh vegetables and plenty of gravy on the side. Thank you 👍

A great pub B&B in a lovely part of Somerset. The rooms are basic but very clean, with air conditioning, and the bathrooms seem to have been renovated recently. We had great sandwiches and breakfast, with reasonably priced food and drink and excellent service. We'd definitely stay again if we were in the area.
