The owners go out of their way to make guests feel at home, and I'd definitely recommend staying here. It's a grand old house in a beautiful garden, in a quiet suburban spot. Our room felt homely and clean, with very comfortable beds and plenty of storage. There were tea and coffee facilities in the room, plus an en-suite shower and complimentary toiletries. Breakfast options included cereals and drinks, all readily available.

Ruth, the owner, is a fabulous character, full of life, witty and so welcoming. When my partner lost a button, Ruth gladly supplied one along with a needle and thread. This beautiful guest house is stunning inside and out, and very clean throughout. I'd highly recommend it.

Edinburgh is not far away, with beautiful coastal views and plenty to do and see. The local town and its amenities are nearby, and people are very friendly. The rooms were beautifully clean, very spacious and luxurious, with everything fully provided.

The lovely lady's home is beautiful, and the bedrooms are lovely too. There wasn't a dining room for breakfast, but she provided more than enough to keep you going until lunch. I'll definitely return.
