The roast dinner was great, and the food was cooked really nicely. The atmosphere felt smart but still relaxed, with a good drinks selection. I’d recommend the mushroom starter before the main, and we’ll be sure to return.

We only stayed one night, but the clean, spacious room and relaxing bar areas made for a lovely visit. Breakfast was very good, and the staff were wonderful and friendly. My one small disappointment was the limited vegetarian choice in the restaurant.

We popped into Brown’s Hotel in Laugharne for a drink and had a really nice time. The place has a relaxed feel, with friendly, welcoming staff and a great range of beers. There are plenty of options for the kids too, so it’s worth stopping by if you’re nearby.

I’m already thinking about making that four-hour drive again for another meal at Dexter's restaurant. The food, hotel, and staff at Brown's Hotel are fantastic. Have a steak, try a cocktail, and enjoy a fabulous stay. I’ve run out of superlatives, and even “exquisite” and “perfection” don’t quite cover it.

The food was fantastic, the rooms excellent, and the WiFi great. Staff were really helpful, and the real ale was the best. A great place to stay, I’ll come back.
