That big kitchen and the two bathroom/shower rooms made things really easy, and the laundry room was a nice bonus. It’s a warm, quiet place, one of the best lodges we’ve stayed in.

The lodge was well equipped and easy to settle into. Gary and Liz were happy to answer our questions, and the location made for a lovely week. We’d happily recommend it.

We found plenty of lovely walks right from the lodge, and it made a handy base for reaching the coast. The setting was so peaceful, and the lodge itself was cosy and very well equipped.

We spent another week here and will be back again. It’s a lovely place to unwind, especially in the hot tub, with bunnies to watch, birds to spot and horses around. The fresh bread left in the kitchen was delicious, and Gary and Liz were so helpful. Thanks to them both.

The views and peaceful surroundings were amazing, and the gentleman who welcomed us was really friendly and there if we needed help. We had such a lovely time celebrating our first anniversary here. We’ve made wonderful memories and will definitely come back, though it was sad to leave.
