Our daughter loved the playground right outside the Parlour, one of around half a dozen on Manor Farm. We also enjoyed the pool, with fun inflatables, though it costs £20ph to book and the slots fill fast, so book a couple of days ahead. The goats were a favourite with my family, especially since they sometimes escape and are very friendly. We liked walking through the woods to see the animals too. The Parlour was beautiful, very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed, including a cot and high chair for our two-year-old. It stayed cool during the heatwave, and there was a fan. Lechlade is about a ten-minute walk away and has everything you need. We also had amazing food at the riverside pub. There’s so much to do close by. My only suggestion is to update the website, as the limited photos don’t do the site or accommodation justice. Thanks for a wonderful five days at Manor Farm. I’m sure we’ll be back.

The site itself was so lovely that we spent most of our time there. The kids and adults all enjoyed the games room and swimming pool, and the lake and forest adventure zone were great fun. There were friendly farm animals to see and feed, too. Just down the road are the zoo, lakes, and Jeremy clarksons farm/pub, so there are local attractions as well. The whole family had a great time. Such a gem, and we’d highly recommend it. We’re booking again for next year with friends and family.

A very child-friendly farm base for exploring the rest of the Cotswolds. We were four, with two toddlers, and the rooms suited us perfectly, with all the modern conveniences we needed. The host was accommodating and the animals around the grounds were very friendly. It did exactly what it promised, really couldn’t have asked for more. We didn’t use the pool because the weather was generally too cold.

My husband and I had a lovely short weekend stay. The cottage was clean and pretty, in a lush setting with lovely grounds. It was easy to get around and explore the nearby Cotswolds villages and towns. We also loved having the option of a shared pool. We’ll certainly be back, thanks!

We loved the lake and the pool was amazing. The barns at Manor Farm have recently been taken over by cotswolds cottages, and they’ve given them a lovely upgrade. We really enjoyed staying here.
