It’s the location that makes this our go-to place in Reading. The train station is only a short walk away, with easy travel to London and other nearby cities, and local buses stop right outside. Major shops and the town centre are only minutes away on foot. The neighbourhood felt very safe both day and night, and we had no worries exploring on our own. Staff were warm and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

The room was tiny, but it worked for me as a solo traveller for one night. Everything was compact but functional. If you’re claustrophobic, you may want to ask them about room sizes first. It’s right in the City Center, and both the check-in and check-out staff were friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay again.

The price was extremely good, and the central location is perfect. The staff were lovely too. My room was a bit compact, and I wasn’t keen on the glass partition around the toilet and shower. Sharing the room would have felt uncomfortable with that setup. Still, I’d stay again.

Faizan is a great guy and always provides excellent service. He’s been here a long time, and is consistently available, helpful and supportive, with a positive vibe. During the day, foram was very helpful too. Looking forward to next time.
