The apartment was clean and spacious, with a good-sized balcony. It's a 10-minute walk to the city centre, with lots of places to eat nearby or a short walk away. The canal walk is lovely too. There are paid parking spots, but they get very busy. All in all, a great place to stay.

The providers were incredibly helpful, even sending videos to explain how to get into the building. I liked the space and the facilities were decent. The lighting felt a bit dim, and the fridge's steady noise echoed through the apartment. The tea towel didn't smell clean, so I used toilet paper instead, and there wasn't a chopping board, so I cut vegetables on the counter. The leather-like sofa felt cold, and I wish they'd left a blanket.

It felt more like home than a hotel room, which was great for our few nights in Leeds. We had a spacious two-bedroom apartment with a huge balcony and lots of natural light from the large windows along the outside walls. The bedrooms and bathroom were clean and looked after, and the Wi-Fi was decent. There was a small hiccup getting through the locked gate, though that was more our problem than the accommodation's. Great city-centre location, and we'd be happy to stay again.

The only real positives were that the area felt safe and it was easy to walk into town. The apartment itself was in poor condition, and the one I got didn't appear in any of the photos. I arrived for a week and found a place that clearly needed renovating. There was just one towel for the whole stay, so I had to wash it every day. No washing powder was supplied, and I had to buy some locally. There was only one small shampoo for the week, no coffee, and the kitchen and carpet both needed work. Parking nearby costs a lot each day unless you can find another option.
