The staff were helpful and polite, and the location was good, so I was reasonably satisfied overall. The accessible room, though, was far too cramped. When we opened the door it caught on the bed, and my wife's small compact indoor chair only just squeezed past the beds. A larger power chair would be difficult to manoeuvre, or might not fit at all. The bathroom was manageable with her chair, but a larger one would struggle there too. Access in the rest of the hotel was good.

The rooms were clean and tidy, and the price was economical. There's a gym within walking distance that accepts the Hussle pass. We had chicken strips and chips one night, then chicken chow mein the next. The food was acceptable, nothing special.

Staff were pleasant, efficient, and helpful. The hotel is an easy short walk from the centre, with local buses and airport routes nearby. I was glad to have the early check-in option. It's first come, first served, but the reasonable fee was well worth it.

Being close to the city centre was handy, and this is easily the best budget-friendly place I've found in Leeds. The atmosphere felt welcoming, and the staff really made an effort to make me feel at home. My room was spotless, thanks to the housekeeping and maintenance teams for keeping everything in such good shape. Honestly, a 10/10 stay!
