The room was clean, quiet and really comfortable, and the manager kindly let us check in half an hour early. Parking is the one thing that spoils the stay: it costs £10, yet there are hardly any spaces. If you pay, head out for dinner and come back to find nowhere to park, you're stuck. I don't mind paying a few pounds, but £10 is ridiculous.

We got the dinner and breakfast deal, which was good value. Dinner was pleasant enough, nothing special, but breakfast was VERY good. The staff were really friendly and told us there was a Christmas Light Switch On that evening. Our front-facing room had a great view of the Tower and a very comfortable bed, though the nearby popular bar and lift made it a little noisy. The shower was good and the toiletries were decent.

We were here for a local wedding, and the hotel was a comfortable, good-value base. Breakfast had plenty of choice, while the evening restaurant was quiet midweek and offered simple dishes. Our spotless Ultimate Room had air conditioning and free WiFi, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hotel feels modern and accessible, with a handy car park on site, and check-in was quick and easy. My one suggestion is a smart TV, so guests can stream Netflix or YouTube.

Every member of staff was fantastic, from check-in through bedtime. The bed was comfortable too, but it's now 3am and I haven't slept at all. Maybe it was just our room, 101 (perhaps that's a clue!), but there's some sort of air-conditioning unit in the ceiling that keeps roaring like an aircraft about to take off. If you're assigned room 101, ask to move if you want any sleep. Premier Inn, could I please get a refund? I didn't get a good night's rest.

We had a lovely night here for a wedding nearby. It's a central hotel with the usual Premier Inn facilities, plus a good bar and a nice breakfast. As you'd expect these days, reception isn't staffed all the time.
