This was my third stay, and they’ve been remarkable every time. I booked a double room for a week and got upgraded to a superior room, which was impressive. It had a microwave and fridge, handy for keeping home-cooked food and warming it up for dinner if you’re trying to stick to a budget. The shower was wonderfully large, and the bed was very comfortable. Thanks to Hannah and the team.

My check-in went smoothly thanks to Ms. Hanna at reception. She was courteous, efficient and professional, and handled everything with care. The service throughout was professional, and the accommodation was clean, comfortable and well maintained. I had a very satisfying stay and would confidently recommend the hotel. I’d be glad to return in future.

Leicester's premier park is right across the road, and the city centre is easy to reach from this great place. The staff were lovely. When I had a shower problem, they sorted it in five minutes, which was impressive. There’s on-street parking nearby.

After moving away from Leicester, I’m glad I have somewhere clean and comfortable to stay when I visit friends. The price per night is good, and I really can’t fault the hotel. There are hot showers and a few towels, plus tea and coffee on the table and a TV. What more could you ask for?

The location was ideal, close to everything, and the room was clean and nice. The staff were really friendly and helpful too. The only drawback was a mouldy, damp smell in the corridors and a little of it in our room. Apart from that, we had a nice stay.
