We were here from March 11 to March 13 with the kids, while in town for a friend's funeral. The beginning of the stay wasn't great, but the staff sorted the problem immediately and went out of their way to help us. Ruth, Chris, and everyone else were amazing. We really appreciate what they did and will definitely return. Thank you!

We were in Leicester for a function and stayed here. The rooms and staff were spot on, lovely hotel. Certainly will visit again.

There’s no lift for access, unfortunately. Most of the staff were really good, though the person who checked us in wasn’t helpful. Ruth was especially amazing when helping us in the morning.

The staff were all super helpful and the price was great. Just a heads-up, the hotel is only half open, but the staff make up for it. I’ll be back.

Good value for the price, and there’s an eatery next door.
