The station is only about a 10-minute walk away, and I’d happily book here again. My room was clean and modern, with a new carpet, tea and coffee, and a TV. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was excellent for the price. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome.

I’ll likely stay here again on a short business trip to Leicester. The owner was friendly and helpful, and the location is central, with loads of places to eat and drink nearby. For the price, the room was considerably larger than expected, clean, and had a comfortable bed, TV, corner sink, and tea and coffee stand. The bathrooms and shared areas were clean too. Probably one of the best budget places to stay in central Leicester.

Susan is so friendly and lovely, and the rooms are clean and well looked after. The sheets even had a fresh, lovely smell. The location is perfect, and I’d definitely stay again. And the cutest, sassiest kitty ever greeted me, so I’d highly recommend this guest house!

The rooms were spotless and the bathroom was very clean. The shower cubicles are a bit odd and might be tight for a bigger person, but they’re usable. Residents' parking can be arranged right outside. Had a fab stay in Leicester and will come back.

The owners are great, and the place is really well looked after. I’ve stayed here many times. The rooms are roomy, clean and tidy, with a great spec. You can’t go wrong staying here ✌️
