I paid over £100 and booked a room for the night, but when I unlocked it, someone was already staying there with all their belongings. By phone, I was told the owner was letting family stay in the room and nothing could be done, so I had to find somewhere else. Disgustingly unprofessional. The business clearly isn't run well.

The DIY renovations were badly finished, things weren't working, and noisy resident sex worker clients kept coming and going.

Handy spot, really close to the train station and city centre.

Filthy.
