The corridors were noisy all night, with drug users wandering around and shouting. The bed smelled bad and seemed poorly kept, and the toilet had thick, dark brown buildup that looked as if it hadn't been cleaned properly in a long time. The whole place felt extremely unhygienic. I'd rather borrow extra money for a slightly pricier hotel than spend another night here.

We lasted just three hours before leaving because we couldn't take it any longer. The hotel beyond the room wasn't much better either. In the room, the door didn't lock securely, the bed was broken, and the mattress felt like concrete. There were wires hanging out of the walls, suspicious brown marks on the walls and ceiling, no headboard or bedside tables, and a stale cigarette smell. I've seen homeless hostels that felt cleaner and safer. Avoid this hotel.

Jasmine at reception made my stay feel welcoming and well looked after. She was warm and friendly, told me about local bars, and checked whether I needed anything. Check-in was smooth, and the service was excellent. She really made a difference.

I stayed for weeks and had great service. The manager and staff were helpful, and they took care of all my requests. There was good food and everything else I needed near the hotel.
