Duncan House

The room looked nothing like the pictures on Airbnb, so don’t be misled by the listing. I’d booked a room here for about 47 days, but just before check-in they told me I’d been assigned room no. 1 instead of room no. 2. Once I checked in, I found stains on the carpet and wall, and the room was in a very shabby state. It smelled of cigarette smoke, as if someone had smoked in there. The whole house had the same smell when I walked around. I’m wondering how Airbnb can host a host like this. I’ve raised a dispute with Airbnb and the host and asked for a full refund. I’m attaching pictures so you can decide for yourself.
