We all slept well in clean, comfortable bedrooms, and the kids had a blast. Breakfast was spot on. Even though we arrived nearer the end of breakfast, the staff insisted on cooking a fresh batch just for our family. The chef and the rest of the team were so friendly and kind. I'd made a mistake with my booking, but the front-of-house staff readily helped, even though they didn't have to. Every request got a smile and a genuine effort to make our stay good. We'd highly recommend this specific Premier Inn, especially for families travelling with kids.

We were visiting friends and had a fantastic stay. Indy and Wendy made breakfast especially pleasant. The rooms were spotless, quiet and comfortable, and every staff member we met was friendly, efficient and helpful.

The breakfast was the best we've had at a Premier Inn. The food came out hot and was well cooked, and INDI and YAzid were brilliant, cheerful and helpful. Our room was very clean, and all the staff were so friendly. We stayed one night and will definitely be back.

It's convenient and good value, and the large family rooms are great when you can get one. The other rooms can feel cramped. Some are looking tired, with clear signs of flood damage in the bathroom. The bedside USB charging points haven't worked for a long while, and there are few plugs, with none by the bed. Still good value overall.

Everything I need while working locally is within walking distance, and it's so easy to get here. The staff are really friendly. I haven't eaten yet, but I'm looking forward to breakfast.
