Showcase Apartments Kimberley House

The room we’d booked for my son’s trip to Leicester wasn’t available when we arrived, so we were offered another one. It had a horrible smell, dirty and torn curtains, and a raised, cracked floor tile by the shower. We told a staff member it wasn’t acceptable and that we’d need to find another hotel. He said we’d get a full refund if we emailed. It’s been two weeks and we’ve sent three emails, but they still haven’t replied. Disgusting service. Avoid like the plague!

The apartment is really close to the bus station, food court and shopping centre, and the view is great for the price. Faizal and his team were kind, friendly and very helpful. We had a wonderful stay at the showcase appartment. Definitely worth it with family or friends. See you again, faizal.

Faisal was an excellent host and looked after our stay, always checking how things were going. The staff were kind, hospitable and responsible.

The apartments are nice and in a good location. I left my jacket behind, and the staff kindly sent it back to me through Royal Mail.
