Day to day, Merlin Heights is a comfortable place to live because the building is clean and kept in good condition. I've had a really positive experience here. The staff are friendly and approachable, and quick to help whenever I have a question or problem.

I feel welcome at Merlin Heights, and it's a warm place where I can be myself. The reception staff are cheerful and easy to talk to. If something goes wrong, they sort it out quickly and efficiently. The rooms are modern and great to live in. I'd highly recommend this accommodation to future students!

Merlin Heights was way better than I expected. The welcome from the staff was so warm, like turning up to see a long-lost cousin. The rooms are massive, with enough space to make you wonder if you're meant to do cartwheels. The price seemed like it might make my bank account cry, but it turned out we could actually afford it. It's so close to the uni, I swear I could lean out the window and hand in an assignment. They put on loads of events and parties, so boredom doesn't stand a chance. And the food is ridiculously good. Honestly, I'd recommend staying here in a heartbeat.
