The apartment was nothing like the pictures, with filthy black walls and no proper towel holder in the bathroom, just something stuck on the wall. On arrival, the place was already damaged: the TV was smashed, a chair was broken, the floor was sticky, and only half the heaters worked. There was one mug for four people, no pillow for the crumb-covered sofa bed, just a dirty stained quilt, ash all over the sofa chair, and small curly black hairs throughout. They demanded a £150 cash deposit. I was also charged £10 for parking on the spot, then found out parking was free for all because the barrier was broken. Other cars blocked us in. The host took 45 minutes to arrive, even though the text said 15. They promised a full refund within five days, but it never came, and nobody replied to my message. Don’t stay here unless you’ve got money to throw away and want an uncomfortable stay.
