The sea views were fantastic, and our room had loads of space and a huge bathroom. We stayed with my three-year-old daughter, and Ant made us feel very welcome. The house has loads of character, breakfast was delicious, and we'd happily come back :)

The beach is just a short walk away, and the location worked really well for us. Everything was clean, service was exceptional, and breakfast had plenty to choose from. We had a tremendous stay and will definitely return. Best wishes to Ant and the team.

We’ve stayed a couple of times and are already planning another visit. Ant, the owner, is such a welcoming, lovely man and is always glad to help. Our room was comfortable and very clean, with a lovely sea view. There was a really good range at breakfast, and I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The couple who run the house were open and friendly, and we enjoyed the whisky in our room and a beer from the fridge in the shared sitting room. It was a quiet, peaceful area while we were there, with the beach easy to reach. The supermarket, takeaways, bus station and town centre were about a 10 minute walk away. We parked on the street and also saw a free car park across the road; both seemed safe. Our one-night stay was pleasant, with a large, clean, comfortable room overlooking the sea. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was good.

Breakfast was fantastic, easily the best in Leven. The place was lovely, fresh and sparkling clean, with a brilliant view over the Forth.
