The place feels really homely, and the facilities were great: TV, kettle, hairdryer, spare blankets, plus tea and coffee. Breakfast had plenty of variety and set me up nicely for the day. The host was attentive and went above and beyond with my dietary requirements. I couldn’t have asked for more and would definitely recommend it.

I haven’t stayed at your place, but I watched 4 in a bed and thought you were great as both a host and a guest. Cathy making fun of your language was awful, and I felt sorry for you, but you handled it well. You were fair when checking under the toilet rims at all the other places, and Cathy’s was the worst. You valued everyone’s accommodation and took criticism positively, which showed you want your b&b to succeed. I’d love to stay, but the rooms aren’t my taste, sorry. Because of my disability and OCD, I prefer large, spacious rooms. Well done, and good luck.

Absolutely laughable. I wouldn’t give it a star. I didn’t stay myself, but friends have, and this is what they told me. They said the host was rude and toxic, and I personally don’t think she should be working in hospitality. The place is dirty, with old paint on the walls, and looks stuck in the 60’s. My Nan has more modern decor. At £70-75 a night, it’s not worth it, more like £25-30 at a push. There are better places nearby with more Morden, brighter decorand better lest toxic hosts.

We stayed for a few days this weekend, me and my partner. The property was very clean, and the hostess gave us a warm welcome. Breakfast was to die for, in a lovely quiet village.
