The farmhouse has a lovely, homely feel, and getting there from the M1 is easy. It’s set out in the countryside, which made it a beautiful place for the yoga retreat I attended. Just right for retreats.

I slept so well here. My room was bright and roomy, with rolling hills visible from the window, which felt really calming. I came for a retreat day with the lovely Kanti, and the peaceful setting is just a stone’s throw from the M1. I’d definitely recommend it as an escape.

I’d hurt my shoulder earlier that day, and they managed to arrange a phenomenal healing Thai massage at very short notice in a cute therapist space on the property. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and the yoga studio was gorgeous. It’s a lovely, family-run B&B in beautiful countryside, but we also found it easy to reach by cab from Flitwick station. Really recommend it for a relaxed, restful stay.

Even after spending only half a day here, I never want to leave. It’s such an amazingly peaceful place. I come for retreats and yoga day retreats run by someone who hires out the Granary.

The studio has everything you need for yoga, including mats, bolsters and blankets. It’s such a tranquil setting for sessions. I love coming here.
