We weren’t staying there, but happened to stop in for a meal. The service was fantastic and everything was clean. The fish and chips were amazing: fresh, real potato chips, cooked fresh and just right. The fish was beautifully done with delicious batter, and the portions were good for the price. I’d highly recommend it and will definitely stop in again.

The roast beef dinner and vegetables are amazing, and everyone in our group enjoyed their meal with no complaints. I’ve eaten here several times since May, for an 80th, a 50th wedding anniversary and a 60th birthday. Each time the staff have been amazing and the food has been out of this world. Whether you order from the menu or have the carvery, this is the best place to eat. No other carvery compares, and the prices are very reasonable.

We stayed overnight and had a meal in the restaurant. The food was fresh, tasty and good value, and the service was excellent. Staff were extremely friendly, and there was good parking in a great location. Our room was spacious, modern looking and had good amenities. The hotel has kept its charm in the lobby while giving the rooms a modern style. I’d happily stay again or just stop by for a meal.
