Roe Valley Apartments

We were in town for a family wedding and had a great stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the spacious kitchen and living area had everything we needed. A travel cot was available too. It's a fantastic spot for driving to Portrush, Derry City and other places of interest. Can't wait to come back.

The flat had a bad smell throughout, possibly from dogs or something else, and it wasn't pleasant. We stayed for one night on 18/02/23. The apartment was otherwise as expected, but the double and single beds were both unsuitable for sleeping. Their old or heavily used spring mattresses had collapsed and offered no support. I woke with every turn and ended up in the single bed so I wouldn't disturb my partner. For accommodation charging hotel room prices, I'd expect a reasonably comfortable bed. I wouldn't ask anyone to sleep on those beds, let alone pay for them. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

It's only a few minutes from the hospital and places to eat. The place was modern and very clean. Parking isn't assigned, so you have to rely on finding a space at the front of the property.

I've stayed here again while visiting family for a week, and it's a good apartment. The only thing I'd like is a sign asking for quiet after 11 pm, since young men were making noise going up and down the stairs. Casey, the housekeeper, is amazing and goes above and beyond. She's a keeper, 10 stars for Casey.
