The breakfast really is superb, just as others have said, and it sets you up for the day. Service is excellent and there’s good private parking. From here it’s about a ten-minute walk to the start of a pedestrianised street in Lincoln centre, full of different sorts of shops. The road gradually gets steeper as you head towards the castle and cathedral. It’s a challenging walk, but fun too.

The location is really good and the prices are absolutely acceptable. The rooms are nice and clean, and the breakfast is excellent. The staff couldn’t be friendlier. I’ll gladly stay at the Admiral's Guest House again, what’s not to like? :-)

The rooms are fresh and clean, and the place is close to the city centre and Brayford pool. The food is delicious, and his wife does all the cooking. She clearly puts a lot of work into the place. The chap who runs it has a strange appearance, and his mad mate from next door is weird, but it’s still quite a nice place.

My experience is limited because a family member is staying there. The landlady is very nice, and the rooms are clean and have everything you need. It’s close to the city centre and bus routes.

The staff made us feel welcome and comfortable, and the room was very nice and comfortable too. Breakfast was yummy, with lots of different varieties. I’d go there again.
