I booked through booking.com with free cancellation, but they charged me straight away. Then I had to cancel my trip, and they wouldn’t refund me. They ignored my messages and emails and only answered the phone once. It’s been 45 days, and now I have to go through booking.com to get my money back. No better than burglars.

We canceled within the required timeframe and followed the stated procedure, but they still refused to return our money and came up with excuses. They ignored our refund requests, and dealing with their customer service was frustrating; they were dismissive and unhelpful. It felt like they wanted to keep the payment without providing any service. I had a terrible experience with this residence and wouldn’t recommend it. It’s frustrating when a business doesn’t respect its customers or its own cancellation policy. Avoid it if you don’t want to risk losing your money.

They tried to take triple the amount from my account without authorization, so I canceled my reservation. Even though this was their mistake, they wouldn’t refund the money they’d already taken. Customer service was dismissive and unhelpful the whole time. This residence is a complete scam. Avoid it to protect your finances.

I canceled five months before my stay, even though my booking included free refund protection for cancellations up to a few days beforehand. Now nobody is replying, and I still can’t get my money back!!!!! I wouldn’t even give this property one star if there were a lower option. It should never be on Booking.com. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID.
