My daughter loves running around the great garden, and the staff are friendly. I’ve been visiting The Bent Arms for years, and the food is exceptional for the price, especially given the quality. They have fresh bread every day. Just be sure to book, as it’s always busy.

The lady serving was very helpful when we explained we were waiting for a call from the USA and worried there wouldn’t be time for dessert. They got things moving quickly, so we did get dessert after all. We’d arrived on a very busy Saturday for my partner’s father’s 91st and enjoyed a good meal, with my ploughman’s particularly nice. Service was understandably slow with so many people there. Excellent service, and many thanks.

Delicious, fresh and plentiful, Sunday lunch here is an absolute treat. We’ve found it’s surely the best pub lunch in Mid Sussex time and again. We visited for lunch rather than staying over, and we’ll be back!

The Jacky P with brie and bacon was good value, and the food was fantastic. We went for lunch on a Wednesday with a friend, and it was a popular spot. There’s a large car park at the back. I’ll return!
