Williamscraig Holiday Cottages

The location was absolutely stunning, and the hot tubs were relaxing and well kept. Sitting in the tub with a view of the baby lambs was lovely. The lodges were clean, though a few areas could use some attention. We stayed in Eden 1 & 2 for my hen do weekend. A door and screen separate the lodges, but since we’d booked both, we opened it up to make one big lodge. We’d definitely recommend staying here and are already looking at booking next year for a long family weekend. Thanks for a brilliant stay!

The kitchen was well equipped, and we loved the hot tub. It would have been better if it were fully enclosed for privacy. The cottages are nice, in a quiet spot and handy for local attractions. Some of the furniture was very worn and uncomfortable. Both bathroom extractor fans were very noisy and couldn’t be turned off. We also couldn’t adjust the heating, which meant a couple of cold evenings.

We had a great time at the cottages this week. The service was great and it was good value. There was a problem with the heating and TV, but both were sorted that day. They delivered and installed a new television, and an engineer came to check the heat pump.

The children’s play park on site was a nice bonus. The cottage had lovely rooms and plenty of space, and the hot tub was clean, well kept and relaxing. Linlithgow is within walking distance, and the golf course is just down the road. The narrow, single-lane road to get there was expected given the location. We stayed with family for a long weekend. Service was great, and I’d recommend the place to anyone.
