Overdale Motel

The owners and staff were lovely, and I had a great stay. My room was nice and cosy, and breakfast was lush. I had cooked breakfast once and French toast twice. Looking forward to coming back 😀💃🏾

We had two rooms for four adults and really enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. There was a living room with a fire, which they lit for us on a rainy, windy day, as well as a delightful sunroom. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was tasty and served with a smile, and parking was off the street. My one complaint is that I kept getting messages through Booking.com from the Overdale address before and after our stay, promoting properties I’d never heard of.

We had a very relaxed morning over a yummy breakfast in a beautiful, sunlit room, with a few breakfast options to choose from. The host was friendly and helpful, and having a patio outside our room was a bonus. The room was a bit on the small side, but it was OK, I wouldn’t call it small. There’s a laundry service two minutes from the property. Lisburn is about 15 minutes by car from Belfast, and it was reasonably priced. When looking for somewhere to stay, I thought Overdale Motel looked much better than the other Belfast properties I found, and I highly recommend it to people driving. The parking was just the right size for all the guests, though one guest parked badly during our stay and things felt really tight.

Susan has always been really helpful, and I love coming here. The guest lounge is great, the rooms are comfortable and have everything I need, and breakfast is very good with lots of choice. The beds are a little small for us since we’re used to a kingsize, but they’re very comfortable. I’d definitely recommend this guesthouse.
