We had a lovely start to the year at Bailiffscourt for my birthday. The staff at every level were fantastic and really are a credit to the place. Special shout-out to our young waiter Tom, whose silver service skills were incredible. Everyone went the extra mile. A glass of birthday fizz, and the good stuff too, was a lovely touch. The food was lovely, facilities were great, and our room was spacious and very nice. It was a luxurious, refreshing stay, and we'll be back as soon as we can. Two small things to mention. We hadn't checked the pool schedule and went into the spa during children's swim time. It wasn't a problem, since we swam again after dinner, but it might help to let adult groups know about the children's times when they arrive. Also, the meat sausage at breakfast wasn't gluten free. I'm clutching at straws, but it'd be great if it were.

Bailiffscourt is such a beautiful spot, full of happy memories for us. We came back yesterday, 40 years after celebrating our marriage there. They upgraded our room and left a sweet card and a bottle of bubbly. The food and service were amazing, and the staff were kind and very friendly. Thank you.

The Baylies Suite was perfect for a little escape, really cosy and romantic. We had a great time at Bailiffscourt, with lovely, attentive staff and delicious food. Everything we ate was great. A 10/10 experience, and we'll definitely return.

Bailiffscourt was just what we needed for a one-night break to relax and recharge. The Medieval-style surroundings made it feel like stepping away from everyday busyness into another world. We enjoyed the history, distinctive buildings and spacious grounds, and being right by the sea was an added bonus. The spa was a welcome place to unwind, the restaurant meals were delicious, and everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. It was a real treat to stay somewhere so special.

Breakfast was absolutely delicious, a lovely way to finish our stay. Our room was lovely and right next to our friends' room, which was convenient. We especially enjoyed the spa, relaxing in the outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Archie the resident peacock was nearby, casually preening himself while we soaked.
