Premier Inn Littlehampton

The room was clean, with a really good sized shower, nice toiletries, a decent selection of teas and coffee pods, and fizzy water in the fridge. Free parking was handy too, and the location worked well. Reception were friendly and helpful, especially Chloe, who even posted back the glasses I'd left in the room. Good value, and I'd happily stay again.

We came back for a second stay and were glad we did. It's a great spot for a quick trip to the seafront, and the staff made us feel welcome. We'd be happy to return again soon.

The room was nice and the welcome was friendly, though there was only one towel and I had to ask for another. I also asked reception for directions to a shop, but the girl there was training and didn't know. Dinner was a shambles despite our booking and telling them there'd be ten of us. It took over an hour, the food wasn't the best, and they'd run out of lager, so bottles were the only option. The bar staff seemed harassed and showed it with huffs and tutting. Leah at breakfast was the bright spot, both mornings. She kept smiling, even with our whole group arriving for food, and was always looking around for dirty plates. She's a real credit to the company and the person I'll remember, since nobody else made much effort.

Vicki was so friendly with our little boy, and breakfast really impressed us. We had a lovely one night stay.
