The owners were super friendly, and the rooms were very nice. They had food menus available in case we wanted to order something, and there was good security for the car. Breakfast in the morning had a great selection, too. I stayed one night with a family member and would happily come back :D

I had a wonderful time. Thanks, Ian, for helping us with the case and wheelchair. You were very helpful. Sue and Derek will be coming again. Thank you 😊

The garden was such a peaceful place to relax and meet other guests. The Weeping Willow trees look like giant waterfalls, and it's lovely out there. I really enjoyed my stay. Ian and Karen are so friendly and pleasant, the room was clean and comfortable, and the ensuite shower and toilet room was large. Breakfasts were great, too. Ian's a fab cook. I hope to go back soon xxxx

I was nervous about trying a B&B because I usually stay in hotels, but everywhere in Liverpool was too expensive. This place was a hidden gem, a converted barn turned into a boutique hotel. The owners were friendly and helpful, and told us to help ourselves to anything we wanted in the kitchen. Breakfast was so good, with more food laid out than we could possibly finish. There are security gates to keep you and your car safe, plus a lovely big garden with wonderful views. Our room was clean and beautiful, with everything we needed, and the shower was amazing. I didn't want to get out. They even have a lovely little puppy called Lulu. Can't wait to return.

Karen greeted us at the gate and showed us to our lovely room. The heated floors and shower room were wonderful, and Ian cooked a full English breakfast. He's a lovely, friendly feller. When my friend left his phone in a taxi, Ian kindly drove us to the taxi office to pick it up and wouldn't accept any money. I promised him a bottle of red wine. Thanks to you both for a lovely weekend. My friend and I will definitely be back and recommend you to friends and family. All the best, Jay and John
