The kitchenette came in handy, and I really appreciated the complimentary room upgrade. The bathroom facilities were great and the bed was pretty comfortable. It’s a terrific hotel right in the heart of Liverpool, close to several train stations and buses, so getting around is easy. The women at the desk were lovely and very helpful, especially Liz, who was great at building rapport. Good value for money, and I’d recommend it for either a short visit or a longer stay. I only stayed one night, but had an amazing experience. The beds were extremely comfy, with a nice headrest for watching TV. My room had two TVs, one in the kitchen/living area and another in the bedroom, and you could connect your phone and use the multiple HDMI ports. It also had a washer and dryer, plus the shower, sink and other usual bathroom things. The building has six floors with lots of rooms. Staff were kind, reception is open 24/7, and there’s free coffee and drinks. You can arrive before check-in to rest or check in, and leave your bags in a locked room if you need to come back later. I’d definitely recommend it to everyone!

There was plenty of space in the room, it was clean and inviting, and all the essentials were there, including towels, soap and toilet paper. Heating and cooling were adjustable, the staff were friendly, and service was good. Wi-Fi was fast and free, and I could stream from my phone to the TV. The location was handy, close to lots of amenities, and check-in was easy. We were only there one night, but it was pleasant. One window was screwed shut, so we couldn't tilt it for fresh air, though the other one opened. The blind by the bed was a bit see-through, so you could see through it with the lights off. It didn't bother us, but it might in another room.

I've stayed here several times and find the location excellent. The rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped, and the entry and exit system feels secure and is easy to use. Check-in was friendly and helpful, though once it took a long time because I had to give very detailed information. I raised that with the General Manager, we clarified what was needed, and the issue was easily resolved. I travel a lot, and this Hotel compares well with the best. I have no hesitation recommending it for a pleasant, comfortable stay.
