Premier Inn Liverpool - Roby

The bed was fabulously comfortable, and the room was clean and spacious. It’s a great location for visiting Liverpool, and the pub next door was handy for meals. The food there was good too. I’d definitely stay again!

The place and rooms are really nice and clean, and the food is decent and well priced. But the noise from footsteps upstairs can be a real pain, especially if you have an early workday and go to bed early. The floors creak and you hear every thud. I had what sounded like a baby elephant upstairs, stomping around and not settling until after midnight.

The beds were comfy as usual, and the room felt airy and quiet. The staff were lovely, though the rooms are looking a bit old. The shower cubicle door was so stiff because the runners were clogged, and the fan was so dusty I didn’t want to use it.

The bed and towels were clean, but that’s about it. The cup was dirty, the bin hadn’t been emptied, the hospitality tray was dirty and there was thick dust everywhere. Housekeeping standards were appalling. It’s the worst Premier Inn I’ve stayed at, and I’ll never use it again. I’d give it zero if I could.
