The staff were so kind and welcoming, and happy to help. My single room with its own bathroom was clean and really comfortable, just right for a good rest. There’s a metro station only a couple of minutes away, which made getting around Liverpool easy.
The friendly, helpful staff made the stay for me. The room was spotless and the bed really comfortable, and I had a brilliant time in Liverpool. Felt like a home away from home. I’ll stay here again next time.
No complaints from me. The room was spot on, the service was nice, and it’s a great place.
The room was cosy and comfortable, with a bed I slept well in, fresh towels and a very clean bathroom. Getting into Liverpool takes about ten minutes, with a metro or rail connection nearby. From outside, being next to a pub means it doesn’t really look like a hotel, though the inside feels welcoming. There was a cupboard right in front of the door when I opened it. That was fine for me as I’m petite, but could be awkward for someone larger. I’d recommend it for a short stay.
Kirkdale Merseyrail station is just a two-minute walk away, and I’ll definitely be back. I found the place comfortable, friendly and great value. The laundry room is professional standard and costs nothing extra. There’s a TV in each room, and my en-suite shower was very efficient. The kitchens are new, and the lounge is spacious.
