Getting checked in and into the room was simple, and the room was fine for sleeping after a day in the city and a night at the football. It could have been cleaner. The location is the big plus, just off Anfield Rd, about a minute from the bars and the ground. I'd stay again if I needed to.

A horrendous stay from every angle. The place was dirty, shabby, noisy and uncomfortable, with poor construction and no supplies. Staff were rude, and their noise was inconsiderate too.

The host never showed up. I had put down an arrival time, but nothing happened, so he sent the check-in directions through the booking chat instead. Once inside, we found hair all over the dirty bed. These converted houses posing as B&Bs aren't cheap, so I'd rather pay a bit extra for a hotel. One star is the lowest I can give.
