Our room looked great, was very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The view across Liverpool, straight onto St George’s Hall, was stunning, especially after dark when the city lights came on. Being beside Liverpool Lime Street Station, right at the edge of the city centre, made getting around easy for shopping, dining, sightseeing or work. We enjoyed the food and menu choices, and breakfast was hearty and well prepared, with both English and continental options. The whole team was friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic stay at Radisson RED Liverpool and would gladly recommend it. The welcome at reception was efficient and warm, and the restaurant and room service teams were professional and attentive too.

The Christmas decorations looked magical, and the hotel itself is stunning, especially the decor in such an iconic listed building. My daughter was doing wedding hair for a Bride and her Mother, so I arrived early and was able to sit with some refreshments while I waited. Everyone I met on staff made me feel welcome. I haven't stayed overnight yet, but the location is perfect and I plan to. I used to work in inspection and quality assurance, and couldn't find a thing to fault. Can't wait to stay. We had a really enjoyable breakfast with plenty of options, and my birthday treat from the hotel was two free drinks. The room was beautiful, with a great view of St George’s, a good shower and a comfortable bed. Staff were so friendly. We came for my birthday and the Christmas markets, and the location worked perfectly, next to Lime Street station and across the road from the markets. I'd happily stay again. Thank you!

I chose a Standard Room – 1 Queen at Radisson RED and had a great stay from beginning to end. The room was spotless, comfortable and well looked after, and the hotel has a modern, stylish feel. The staff were welcoming, professional and happy to help. One of my best hotel experiences, and I'd definitely return. Highly recommended.

The breakfast buffet looked great and tasted just as good. The breakfast team were welcoming, and I noticed the care they put into setting everything out. The hotel was modern and clean throughout, easily one of the best Radisson hotels I've stayed in.
