Aloft by Marriott Liverpool

The staff were so friendly, professional, helpful, and absolutely amazing. We had king rooms in this centrally located hotel, and they were comfortable. There was a kettle, tea and coffee maker with pods, a couple of biscuits, plus water and a glass on each side of the bed. The bathroom was a good size, with a walk-in shower, TV, towels, dressing gowns, and slippers. I'd recommend the hotel and would definitely return.

Bradley, the hotel manager, made our stay feel special from the moment we arrived. He was warm, professional, and accommodating, always ready to help and full of useful information and recommendations about the area. His manner with guests really stood out, and he created such a positive atmosphere. He's a real credit to the hotel. My daughter and I stayed for two nights, and the place was spotless throughout. Our room was spacious, too, and the bed was very comfortable. The central location was another plus. We had a lovely experience and will definitely be back. Thanks for making us feel so welcome.

This was our second stay, and the helpful staff and great atmosphere have already made us want to return. We ran into some technical issues at the hotel, but everyone was ready to help. Shane was brilliant, really accommodating, and went above and beyond. I hope the area managers know how good the staff are.

My parents had a wonderful stay and enjoyed every moment. The property is beautiful, and their room was fantastic. They were there to celebrate their 60th birthdays, so I contacted the front office beforehand. Janine Glascott was quick to respond and very helpful. She arranged an upgrade and drink vouchers to make the occasion even more memorable. We'd highly recommend the hotel, and I'm especially grateful to Janine for going above and beyond.
