I’ve stayed at posh pads many times and it never disappoints. The rooms are spacious and lovely, with all the amenities you could need. It’s also well located, just a short walk from Liverpool 1 and the high street. I’ll keep coming back.

For the price, the comfort and quality fell short, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here without significant improvements. The rooms were very cold because the windows were poorly insulated, making it hard to relax or sleep. The showers were in poor condition and didn’t work properly. We also found a silverfish in the room, which was unpleasant and unacceptable. I was very disappointed with the stay.

The rooms are huge and clean, though a little dated, and okay for the price. Natalie and Bob were both lovely to get to know and really helpful. We’ll pick posh pads again on our next trip to Liverpool.

It was noisy in the morning, but the location is awesome. The rooms are a little dated, though they worked well for a family and were clean, with pretty much everything we needed. The staff were amazing, so friendly and accommodating every time we spoke with them. I’d highly recommend the place for that alone.

We came back for a second visit because this apartment hotel is very centrally located, with friendly service and big, well-kept rooms. The single glazing is my one complaint, since you hear a lot through the night. Why does everyone feel like singing at the top of their voice at five in the morning?
