The room was exceptionally clean, and the air conditioning worked brilliantly, cooling it down to 19 degrees. I liked the blackout blinds and curtains, plus the full-length mirror with a nearby plug socket and LED lighting around it. There's another LED mirror in the bathroom. The lobby fridge had water and pressed juices, not concentrate, which was refreshing. Bill’s restaurant is just a five-minute walk away for a cooked all-day brunch. It could do with some flowers, real or plastic, and some pictures or artwork in the room. There weren't any soft furnishings like cushions on the loungers either. Still, those things didn't take away from the value or the five-out-of-five experience.

The staff were so helpful, keeping our bags before check-in and after checkout the next day. The reception area looked stunning and was very clean. Our room was spacious, clean and beautiful, with an amazing shower. They also leave complimentary pastries in the morning, a lovely touch, though we didn't get to try them. We come to Liverpool a few times each year for matches, and this was our first stay here. We can't believe we hadn't found it sooner. The location is amazing, the hotel exterior is gorgeous, and we highly recommend it. We'll be back.

Good value for a clean, well-kept room for the night, right in the heart of Liverpool. It's handy for most places, including the Water Front, museums and Hill Dickinson stadium. The room was much too hot, though. I tried setting the thermostat through the QR code, but it still wouldn't cool down.

We stayed for one night and found this a warm, clean hotel with a modern feel. The rooms are a good size and comfortable, with what you need for a city break: an iron and ironing board, safe, hairdryer, and tea and coffee making equipment. Beds were comfortable, and it was quiet at night despite the very central location. It's right in the middle of Liverpool One, close to restaurants and pubs, with the Albert Dock an easy walk away and the new Everton Stadium about a 25-minute yomp. The hotel has an arrangement for discounted parking at a nearby car park, just two minutes away. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Complimentary pastries, tea and coffee are available at breakfast, a nice way to start the day. Book directly with the hotel for some good deals, especially midweek. A wonderful first-class hotel.

The reception staff were fantastic, and the room was lovely and big with plenty of plug sockets. The desk felt a little high. There's no hotel parking, and the car park costs £25 a day. It's only a few minutes on foot through a pedestrianised area, but carrying luggage that way is a pain. The location works well if you're travelling light or arriving by train.
