Sefton Park Hotel

The venue worked really well for my sister's wedding. Staff were great, service was spot on, and breakfast the next morning didn't disappoint. Our room was a good size with a lovely view of Sefton Park. The downside was waking to what looked like a ladybug infestation, with them all around the inside of the windows. They're quite nice to look at, but my daughter got spooked when they started flying around the room.

A big group of us came for Christmas lunch last Sunday, and the food was delicious, especially the perfectly cooked veg. The staff were attentive and made sure everything was right, with John and Joan standing out. I also stayed here in a family room in 2020. It's dog friendly, and the staff couldn't have been nicer then either.

We had a brilliant time celebrating my dad's 75th birthday here. Joan and the staff took great care of us, and Sean helped with the technical side. The bar staff were lovely too. Everyone commented on how gorgeous the venue was and how amazing the food tasted. They also handled my daughter's allergies without any fuss at afternoon tea. We used the function room for the party that evening, then met family for a lovely breakfast before walking around Sefton Park. I'd definitely recommend the hotel.

The team, especially Antonia and John, went above and beyond to make our stay and party special. We spent three nights here for my Nana’s 90th birthday and had a party at the hotel on Saturday. The kitchen put on an incredible buffet and catered for our dietary needs, including my vegan diet. The deuce was outstanding. We'll definitely come back!
